Hello! I'm Susan

I’m a mom, a grandma, and a lifelong maker returning to creativity after years in the fast-paced corporate world.My mother taught me to knit and sew at an early age. It's through her talent and guiding hand I learned to apply my creativity to different mediums.Years later, I discovered cross stitch when my children were young. I was drawn to the calming effect it had on me all the while I could create a piece of art with my own hands.I'm inspired by peaceful nature walks, quiet times with green tea, and lessons from my spirited Rat-Cha, Hazel.I enjoy nature photography, reading cozy mysteries, and learning through my travels — near and far.
